LATE POLICY
5 min grace period for services 30 min or less
10 min grace period for services over 30 min
I understand traffic or life can get in the way, please just communicate with me the moment you know you’re running late to make sure I still have time to see you!
I will always fit you in if I have time, but I do have to stick to certain times for my services!
Though I plan enough time for you to use the restroom, change,
provide a quality service, catch-up and clean before my next service,
even 5-10 minutes CAN set a major delay in my entire day,
causing upset clients, or even a missed break in order to catch-up.
You will be charged for a Cancellation if you do not contact me
BEFORE your appointment time.
You will not be charged if we do have to cancel for running late,
unless it becomes a recurring problem.
If your card does not go through for a charge, you must pay this charge before receiving your next appointment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance!
Regardless of confirmation status, after 24 hours:
Cancellations are 100% of the service price, Reschedules are 50% of the service price,
No-Shows will be charged 100% of the service + Square fees to charge an online card.
I hate charging cancellations and I completely understand that life happens
and sometimes plans change, and I try to be lenient when I can!
(Sometimes it even helps me out!!)
Please communicate with me as soon as possible if something comes up!
I just ask to please respect my time and business <3
Cancellations are never fun to charge, but it can put me at a disadvantage
if I have to turn away another client who could have filled that spot, if I’ve laid out products already, or could have taken a lunch or pee break!
If your card on file does not go through for a charge, you must pay a

CREDIT CARD POLICY
Cards are required on file for every appointment
You will not be charged until after your service. This card will only be charged for no shows, cancellations or reschedules after the 24 hour limit. Should you replace your card, please update it at your next appointment!
If your card does not go through for a charge, you must pay this charge before receiving your next appointment.
Please be prepared to still provide payment at your service.
